All returns of product will be subject to prior approval by Digital Audio Group (NZ) Ltd. Returns of unused and saleable products for credit will be subject to the product return policy and guidelines. Faulty products returned under warranty will be handled in accordance with the Digital Audio Group faulty warranty returns policy.

 Any claims for product damaged in transit or non delivery must be made within 7 Days of shipment date; no claims will be accepted after this time.

 These polices apply to products purchased from Digital Audio Group (NZ) Ltd only.

Product Return Policy

• This defines the procedure for handling sales returns of product as the result of wrong shipment and product not required for any reason by the customer

• Approval for return of product for credit must be obtained before products are returned. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained by 09 537 4172 with your invoice number, product code and reason for return. All products returned for credit must be returned with a copy of relevant invoice and RMA number on any paper work.

• No approval shall be granted for return of product for credit where the original invoice date for such product is more than 30 days old.

• Product being returned must be suitable for credit; i.e. the factory seal is not broken in as new condition. Goods that are not resalable will not be accepted for credit.

• Freight cost etc are to be paid by the customer, except where the goods are being returned due to a Digital Audio Group error or product is deemed to be faulty ( Refer faulty warranty returns).

• Returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless result of DAG error or the product is deemed faulty.

Faulty Warranty Returns Policy

All Product purchased from Digital Audio Group are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. The duration of this warranty is 12 months from the purchase date. The 12 month warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. However it does not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that any product purchased from Digital Audio Group has developed a fault, then please contact us before returning goods or requesting a credit as many problems may be solved with the replacement of parts or repaired on site. If the goods need to be returned or credited then

• Approval for credit of faulty product must be obtained before products are returned or credited. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained by 09 537 4172 with your invoice number, product code and reason for return. All products returned for credit must be returned with a copy of relevant invoice and RMA number on any paper work.

• No approval shall be granted for return of product for credit where the original invoice date for such product is more than 12 months old.

• No Credits will be passed without approval and RMA number from Digital Audio Group.

• Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold in New Zealand. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or refund.
